Processional On Hymn Tune ' WESTMINSTER ABBEY ' This Hymn is often sung as: Christ Is Made The Sure Foundation. This arrangement is by Robert Wetzler and the Hymn Tune is well known, by Henry Purcell.

I often performed this during a Wedding Ceremony as the prelude.

This arrangement is from the CONCORDIA PUBLISHING HOUSE, St. Louis, MO (97-4574) copyright 1962. I am sure many Organist will want to add this to your collection. The first time I heard it was at St. Paul's Episcopal Cathedral and it put goose bumps on me it was performed so beautifully. I am a former Episcopal Church Organist, I often performed this piece and the Congregation always enjoyed it. Sounds great on a nice Organ with Strong Swell and Choir registrations.

I perform this piece, ' STATELY ' and the first 24 Measures (Swell) are Strings like the composer suggest. I use different Stop combinations with a Full Organ (Forte) at the end and Bombarde Pedals. (You need a full pedal board to perform this piece correctly, my organ only has 13 small pedals - so I had to improvise) ENJOY !

** I can't emphasize enough that I suggest you listen to my video's (especially this piece), using HEADPHONES since my Digital Organ uses a Technology of Spatial Separation, you will enjoy the sound I am sure.

**Thank You Diane Bish, see you soon !
