1) There are a lot of women (and men) who need drugs and hormones cuz their body doesn't produce any. Do you think hormonal treatment were created especially for transgendered ?

2) Trans keep taking hormones cuz their body don't produce any yet. Not to keep appearance ^_~

@LuktarGvendur : Have you ever heard about the difference between gender and sex ? I guess you haven't. In real life as you said, there are so many people (women or men) you wouldn't imagine one second they could have been born the other sex.. You don't notice them, you only see women or men, and maybe some of them were born female when you see a guy, and male when you see a girl. In real life, these people are maybe XY but a "F" on their ID... A vagina where there was a penis at birth..
