９条世界会議 (Global Article Nine Conference)「核時代と９条」で流された映像作品

1945年の米トリニティサイトでの世界初の原爆実験から1998年の最後の臨界核実験までの2053回に及ぶ全ての核爆発を、1か月を1秒に短縮して、「光の点滅と実験­回数を示す数字だけで、いつ・どこで・どの国が何回、核実験を行ったかを、目と耳で知る」ことができる。

上段が右から英・仏・露・米、そして月と年代。
下段が同じく印・中、そして爆発数という構成。

下段には、後にパキスタンが加わるが、イスラエルは公式には未確認のため本作品には登場しなかった。

The full-length version of this video would allow you to travel through 1945 - 1998; the former signifying the year when the first atomic bomb was tested at the Trinity Site, while the latter signifies the year last nuclear tesing was performed.

2053 testings are recorded in sequence of 1 sec/1 mth for all nuclear states, indicated only by blips and sounds--obviously excluding those performed by North Korea in 2006. Israel is also not included in the list of countries presented here because there is no official record of its testing of nuclear weapons. Pakistan is included but not does not appear in this short video.

This very short version was recorded via a mobile phone in the Global Article Nine Conference held in Tokyo on 5th of May 2008. The complete vesion runs for about 20 minutes to cover from 1945 all the way up to 1998.

残念ながら世界規模の法治が成立していないので、国際社会はそう­いう世界ではありませんね。

人の善意に依拠するのは愚かです。かといって、人の善意を全く排­除するのも思慮が足りないとは思いますが。

平和って本来すごく大事だと思うのですが、日本の自称平和主義者­や団体の活動を見ていると不信感ばかりで、逆に「平和」とか言う­人を信じられなくなりました。

主張と実態に矛盾が多すぎてね。今の現状においてはすごく危険な­人たちだと思っています。
