that takes too much time for cutting the veggies. if its too inconvenient, i would have given up juicing. thank god for my juicers wide 3" mouth, 18000rpm, 2 speed and convenient dishwasher safe components.

if you can't have fresh wheatgrass, is there a brand you recommend?

It works fine, but in practice it is messy and takes a fair amount of strength to squeeze out the juice. Juicing is time consuming and messy enough without the added hassle. Blending can extract more juice, but it also oxidizes the juice more too. If money's an issue in the short term and you're willing to do the work, I'd say use a blender, but in the long run you'll want a good juicer like the Tribest SoloStar II.

I've been watching a lot of videos showing people using blenders to make there juices.Whats your opinion about this method ?
You don't need a dedicated wheatgrass juicer, the Tribest Solostar II will juice anything well, but it does cost about $250. You can blend the grass with a little water if necessary and then squeeze through a fine mesh bag (hops bag from homebrew stores) or a sprout bag, but it's labor intensive.

Great video Ken, thanks for your informative video. For people that don't wish to spend more than 150 dollars intitally on a juicer for wheatgrass, do you have any recommendations?

@bilibalala The only juicer you'll get that works well for under $150 is going to be a hand crank one. I like the Tribest Z-Star, it juices everything well, greens, wheatgrass, soft produce, hard produce. Freshandalive dt cm should have the lowest price in the US. Another option is to blend your produce and then squeeze it through a fine mesh bag or cloth, but that is very labor intensive.

I'm about to do a 7-10 day cleanse with wheat grass and hemp shakes... I'm kind of scared lol, well not scared but nervous about how I'm going to handle not eating. I don't want to go crazy. But I want to be free of ACIDSSS!

Been there when I was hypoglycemic. I ate bee pollen, blue-green algae, lots of wheatgrass juice, and green powders. I was fine, my blood sugar never fluctuated. Take E3 Live too, that will help. Ionized alkaline water and juices will also really flush out acids.
