It's not stealing, if you tell a similar joke and give it your own twist, to make it fitting for your style to tell that joke. If he was to steal the joke, he would actually tell it the same way Cosby told it. Word for word. Almost every reggae song has a similar beat, but sung differently when its made from whatever groop applied they're own taste, to make it different than what song was originated from. To me, i think a joke theif is a copycat, so I'm not convinced that he steals.
