New hoses probably wouldn't hurt either. At least the upper and lower radiator hoses. But a new water pump and she'll be right as rain.
I myself have replaced a power steering hose, air brake chamber on one of the rear wheels, ( I do NOT recommend doing that yourself unless you understand how the air brake system and spring brakes work) , I've replaces all the belts at one point, and of course the carb has been rebuilt twice. ...and oh yeah the clearance lights. All in the last 10 years.

@ns9987- Here's the thing. If you have half a brain, 90 percent of the time you can fix it yourself. You learn as you go, and then you see and learn how it works. Whats the worst thing that can happen? You still have to pay somebody to fix it? You can always stop working and ask for advice. A water pump isn't that difficult of a job; just lots of stuff to remove to get out of the way.
I wouldn't be driving it around. It will only get worse. You may have to bleed the heaters after you get it fixed. It looks like a fun fix. Be glad its not a front engine transit bus. Why don't you just fix this yourself?

@matts4290 yeah. I took it to the shop today and dropped it off they said it'd be done next week. I really thought about doing it myself but I was worried I might not could it.
