Third person view? In Black Ops? WTH?

I spawned after a long black screen and i was in third person... WHAT THE HELL!?! How does this happen?

i know how to do it!!! Plz reply if this works for you. When your playing a game like demolition or sabotage or a game mode that makes you respawn after time when you die and when your looking at another persons FIRST person view Right when you about to spawn switch to third person. Trust me. I Have done this so many times. On the 360 i did it. I dont know about the ps3
