Hello Cassey, i just want to say i've been doing sports all my life, football, track, and some weightlifting in highschool, and i guess i've always neglected the minor details of exercise. This is a great workout i mean really, i honestly felt like i had a shake off with shakira my butt was so on fire lol. but anyways thank you your video is exactly the kind of workout i was looking for and now im hooked on pilates. im going to be able to stay in shape while in the Air Force, Thanks! -- Brandon

I too tried it this morning. Couldn't get past the 14 minute mark. Gonna try again tonight and tomorrow morning to see if I can get to 14 minutes or to the end. Good luck with yours, too!

I am not a specialist in this but I think you stopped doing sports when you grew older ? You should just move on do as many crunches (sit-ups) as you can and you will get your muscles back. If I am wrong, have a soul and correct me. I don't want to give false advise-
