Apparently a file that is put in C:\Windows\Media with the installation of various Canon drivers, and/or a Windows Setup File for said drivers.

I do know this comes with a Canon CanoScan driver...

Comment and leave info, if you have any.

I used iTunes to convert the MIDI file to MP3 format so you could see the waveform.

This video got me 9000 views on a blog in Japan on my old channel!

  • I went exploring into the folder more and I found 3 more midi files

    - Flourish - a jazzy piece

    - OneStop - another jazzy piece

    - Town - sort of jazzy

What I have concluded from this is that someone enjoys jazz at Microsoft in the sound dept.

  • @AngusKST Those were from MS itself--Flourish and Town were written by Nathan Grigg, and Onestop by David Yackley. CSSAMP1 only appears after some sort of Canon driver is installed.

  • Yeah I found this earlier when I was changing the default sounds of my pc. Tempted to remix it, just for practise.
