Superhydrophobic aerogel mat in water

As you can see from this video this aerogel mat is superhydrophobic. The water is completely repelled from the surface of the aerogel mat. @ExoterraGame stil the lack of direct contact with cold water would help a lot. since water channels heat 20 times as effective as air

@PykohYT it would be impossible to coat an ice cube with this stuff. It would just bounce off. It repels water in any state.
