lol this guy is an ass why cant he back up his own restaurant, are you saying people cant enjoy a well done steak? Ive had well done steak, well done hamburgers theres nothing wrong in fact it kills all the bacteria making it less likely for you to get sick. Of course it taste better rare, but if you get a well done steak that taste like rubber well then maybe you shouldnt be serving it at your restaurant.

Look how thick that steak is! How the hell are you supposed to cook that well done without burning the outside and loosing all the juices? That is on the customer for being too stupid to order good food. Like Gordon said, if you want it well done that's your choice as a customer, but he can't control the fact that you have no taste buds, or the slightest knowledge of how steak is prepared.
