In my opion teens are self destructive and need a authority figure to step in and say cut the crap for a lack of better words. my point is in todays society kids seem to have less controll over them then the adults do and it shows. if parents would step up and take charge of what there kids are doing at home and away from home things might get better.but both parents need to do it for it to work. Just my opion thanks for ur reply

@themossburg590 Thanks again for your comment. Again some good points but I have to say teens, or in fact anyone, will only be influenced - never controlled, by someone they respect. So my work is to help parents see that and create a respectful environment where they can support their teens, particularly emotionally, with their development. This works in both single parent and joint parent relationships but it needs determination!!!!

This video should have shown typical teens yelling screaming destroying things.we have forgotten how it works the parents are in charge and should act like it not be friends with your kids.if u think I'm wrong look at the crimes kids are doing today compared to 50 years agao off topic yes but just my opion

@themossburg590 Thank you for your comment. A very wide subject - but to address the 'control issue' in our experience teens play up because they are being controlled by people who don't listen, value or respect them. When they are a way forward is negotiated.
