Step-by Step procedures for removing the wood pieces and electric switches in the center console. Also covered is switch light bulb replacement and front seat head rest removal. All procedures to apply to 1981 to 1985 240D 300D 300CD 300TD 280E and 280CE. Many procedures apply to earlier 1977 to 1980 models.

  • hey kent you couldnt do this to a 240D could you? cus in europe we dont get that climate control so i dont know how to remove that part on my -83 240D all the plstic just breaks.. :P

  • haha great and very useful clip! i was going to pick out my seat heater buttons with a screwdriver and got up halv of one button but i didnt dare to pull in case it would snap so thankyou for the video! think im gonna get those wood trims to my -83 240D aswell, i have the upper trim stripe though which was standard in eu models from -83 i guess. Nice 5 *!
