are you using a 45 pound weight? should i do this exercise to the right and left side?

@ohedd I did it with bend arms standing up though, after a few weeks it felt really light and now I do them with fully extended arms.

I've been doing this exercise while standing. I have to be careful of my back.I'm 55 years old and I'm training for the senior games next year. I'm looking for some new training exercises.

so I tried this exercise this morning and yeah it's pretty tough, I had to drop it to a 35 plate
