Galactus burst into laughter and told Herc he was immune to such things; but he spared the planet in gratitude for the laugh. It seems Galactus hasn't laughed in a very long time.

The Hercules Limited Series.
Herc had saved some planet of brewers and the rewarded him with the most potent liquor in the galaxy! Then Galactus came and Herc wanted to fight him to save the planet. Galactus turn him into a sponge for a time. Herc then tried to take out Galactus by tricking him into drinking the liquor. He drank it and Herc gloated a little.
