Low Carb Pizza Recipe: Ive named it The Breadless Wonder Pizza

4 eggs (or 2 eggs if you only want a personal pan size)
1 small package (I forgot to look at the oz) mozzarella cheese
Pizza sauce (use as needed, save some for next pizza)

Whatever toppings you desire. My Breadless Wonder had the following toppings:
Hillshire Farm Beef Sausage
Pepperoni
Onions
Green Peppers
Mozzarella & Cheddar cheese mix (small package, again forgot to look at oz)

Heat oven to 350

Bust the eggs and mix in a dish with the mozzarella cheese. Stirring ingredients together

Coat a frying pan with either Pam or butter. Im sure Pam is better, but I used butter.

On the stovetop on medium heat pour egg/cheese batter into the frying pan and make sure ingredients are evenly distributed and coat the entire bottom of the pan. Do not stir or scramble

After the egg/cheese mix has hardened to look like a bread crust like consistency, place the entire frying pan in the oven (if your frying pan shouldnt go into the oven, then carefully place your crust into a baking or pizza pan that can go into the oven). It was just easier for me to place the entire pan in the oven. Leave in the oven for approximately 5 minutes or until crust appears hard enough to hold toppings.

While the crust is baking, on top of the stove sauté onions, green peppers, sausage and any other ingredients you prefer on your pizza because you want all meats/veggies cooked before you place them on your crust.

After youve sautéed your toppings and your egg/cheese mix is a pizza crust consistency, take your pizza out of the oven and transfer (carefully slide) it over to a pizza pan or cookie sheet type pan. If you dont have one, Im sure you can leave it in the frying pan. Spread your pizza sauce evenly over the crust, making it as thick or thin as you like it. Then add your toppings evenly. Now add your additional cheese (the cheddar/mozzarella, but Im sure this can vary according to the types of cheese you prefer). Also, the additional cheese is optional since there is lots of cheese in the crust, but whats pizza without cheese topping J. I topped my pizza with pepperoni (you dont need to precook the pepperoni)

Change your oven from bake to broiler (you can place your broiler on hi or low depending on how fast you want it to cook). I placed my broiler on high, went and took a 8-10 minute shower and almost burnt my Wonder Pizza. Lol So I would say place your broiler on high and cook for approximately 5 minutes or until pepperoni and cheese seem to be melted together.

It sounds long and complicated, but believe me I AM NOT A COOK AND IT WAS QUICK AND EASY. so dont be discouraged by the fact that Ive NEVER written a recipe in my entire life til now. Lol The entire process took approximately 20 minutes (and thats for a non-cook)

Please let me know if you made this and how it turned out.
Be blessed

  • @weightlosssolutiontv You're welcome, thanks for watching

  • haha I love your mannerisms! You are so cool :D

And I'm gonna try out your recipe for my Atkins, it sounds pretty scary because I thinking, "god, how can that taste like bread", but we'll see!

    Bye honey!

  • @anthonyshock

I tried it and MY GOODNESS!!! It made a very convincing pizza. I think I didn't bake it long enough though or used too much as the base was a little soggy. It tasted a bit eggy so I might flavour the base to mask that taste.

    but THANK YOU!!

  • @anthonyshock thank you for watching my vid, commenting and returning to give me an update. Yeah, you might have to tweak the recipe to get it just right, but it did make a very convincing crust. you're most welcome and best wishes on Atkins

  • @anthonyshock thank you for the compliment :)

  • @anthonyw20747 exactly! thank you for watching and commenting

  • I agree people need to ask "how are you doing" and really mean it. If you don't really want to know...then don't ask! My pastor said stop lying to folk. When they ask you you need to tell them the truth because you never know when God will use someone to help you! Stay safe sosoblessed1
