Shorty Long had a vibrancy that spilled over into everything he did. A true giant of funk and endless musical energy, with a humorous streak all mixed in. This great remix pays him real justice, as well as the incredible Funk Bros. and sensational Andantes. It is so good. Maybe too good 'cause I'm dancin' and doin' steps I haven't done for years, and somebody might get hurt! It's like I'm hearing this great song for the first time. A terrific treatment for a terrific tune. Thanks so much!
