These are the only exercises that have helped me. Chiropractors have given me exercises for years, no results like this. The tennis ball and clinder work great.

nice videos. very helpful. having had rotator cuff surgery on the right 4 years ago, a dislocated left shoulder 5 years ago and now a sever sprain on the left (from a nasty fall on ice). i work on my shoulders all the time. I'm going to incorporate your stretches and exercises into my program. thanks a bunch
