@nikhilsrl I like to think that i explain things that people want to know and try cut out the jargon as much as possible, reason i dont post often is because I just started a new job, work long hours, I have just gotten married and recently moved into a new house lol. I am gonna do a video on bodyweight exercises for building muscle at home asap! Thanks for the support

there are two good brands which makes whey protein - Optimum Nutrition and Dymatize , both are 24 g protein per scoop but dymatize whey is inexpensive compared to ON , does that make Dymatize inferior ? can i get good results from dymatize whey ? because ON whey price is increasing

@feugo0 price has no bearing on quality, with ON many people share your opinion therefore people are willing to pay more for it, i have found an awesome supplement from nutrisport which is probably considered an under dog, and for me i get far superior results than ON

good info...tell me something if just the whey fails...how are weight gainers?? someone told me MVPs incredible bulk and its got 50 gm protien with 900 cal, so gain weight fast and put on some bulk...what say?? do a video on weight gainers
