WATCH OUT for ground resonance!!! Lift-off/Landing a heavy heli on concrete = risk of ground resonance cascade to a nice show of flying bits from your new heli as it explodes from vibration induced destruction.
Happened to me with a perfectly balanced heli. Take off from the grass. Or a nice rubber pad.
