Celebrated filmmaker, screenwriter and film critic Paul Schrader gives his own unique insights on filmmaking as he teaches a class on "The Conformist", Bernardo Bertolucci's political thriller now known as an Italian classic. This event happened at the Lincoln Film Center , NYC, June 12th. The class concentrates on the extraordinary talents of:
1/Bernardo Bertolucci
2/Ferdinando Scarfiotti
3/Vittorio Storaro
Personally Paul Schrader should have mentioned too the great editing work of Franco Arcalli ( "The Passenger") and the assistant director's work of Aldo Lado ("The Designated Victim").
