@oFROZENGOODS my bike had $5000 total in the bike. they go for around $1500. but i traded mine for a cr85 honda

@oFROZENGOODS it depends. i wouldnt pay over $1500 for a built one like i had. you can easily put 5k in it and its a lost cause investment. it turned out to be not worth as much as i thought. i sold it for $900

in va they are if they have a seat height of 29 inches, and road tires. i never took mine on the main road because any copwho knows anything about pit bikes knows that is a heavily modified motor and also it has to be below 50cc.
