Although I don't have a problem with the eggstractor, some ppl do. This child isn't the only one. The makers of Eggstractor should of included a instructional DVD so the users woulld be better at using it.

She did it wrong, thats why it didn't work. Both ends need to be cracked. The fat end must be cracked through and the small end must have a hole lightly punched through passed the skin (sometimes a few holes helps) . Place the BIG END that the egg goes through at the buttom and PUMP the accordian a few times to build up air THEN WOOSH, press hard all the way down. It works for me. I would say I get 10 eggs shelled out of 12. Oh & never use wet or refridgerated eggs or cracked.
