We always hear of crimes happening around the country and the ordinary citizen reports the crime to the police and it is always read in the papers that the police are not interested. To be honest this so called pillock , I mean policeboy wearing a uniform with 'police' and a badge on it makes the police look absolutely pathetic and sad and a great big joke to the people of this country!

Things are so much more civil in the UK. American cops would have arrested you, beat you, and distroyed your camera four minutes before that video ended.

When the policeman said he was being "caused harm, harrassment and stress" because he was being filmed, you should have reminded him he was being filmed already by the CCTV cameras all around. He must feel constantly harrassed and distressed everytime he walkes on any street in any town in Britain.
