Here is a look at some of the "Rolling Stock" of SLI&S Charles Wesley Works.
I built a triple slag car based on a Bethlehem Steel prototype of which I included a photo. Like the prototype, it is built on an old "Mill flat Car" and has the "slag pots" mounted to the Flat car using a "thrust bearing" and Axle. The slag pots themselves are bottoms of plastic Easter Eggs. I bought a "Submarine" Hot Metal car off E-Bay. It is a Markin and was listed as a "Tank Car". I have to change the coupler draft gear so it can accept "Hook Horn" or Kadie Couplers. This has a 4 wheel truck + 6 wheel + 6 wheel+4 wheel trucks and comes closest to the US Steel hot metal cars.
