This was my first major aquarium project. It is a 50g planted tank with both emerged and submerged growth. The substrate is an organic potting soil mix capped with black blasting sand. It is low-light and low tech, with no c02 or regular ferts. I am using excell during a transition phase from a dry-start. A fluval 406 provides primary filtration, and a zoo med 511 powers the rock waterfall ledge. I am using a koralia 425 for additional circulation. Lighting is Marineland LEDs, though PAR is high right now, as the crappy cell-phone video demonstrates, and they need to be raised.
