If not, as i said you have to set your current time exactly as it should be.and then try to follow these steps.

yes , think if you made that correctly ! your problem is with the time zone you have on your Iphone , so you should make it like your current location .

Hey i followed all the steps on my IPHONE 3G and my wifi disappear after i installed PUSH FIX and reboot? what seems to be the problem? is this not compatible with 3G? after that i delete push fix and the wifi is back? got some issues here that you have to answer man? quick response is highly appreciated...thanks!
