The music in the beginning of the cartoon sounds like the music from the more early Looney Tunes cartoons. Friz Freleng did work on a few Oswald cartoons before working for Warner Brothers and become part of The Looney Tunes crew. Some cartoonists did started their career on working on Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, Friz Freleng, Hugh Harman, Rudolph Ising, Tex Avery and Walter Lantz.

Oswald must did a lot exercising, eating a lot of vegetables and taking some multi-vitamin pills everyday. That's why he could a hippo with one hand.

@MizuTakishima3 It's likely that this cartoon didn't initially have a sound track. But when these cartoons got reissued, they put in music that doesn't fit the length of the cartoon.

When I first saw the title card of these Winkler Oswald cartoons, I almost thought Oswald has three ears. Immediately, I realized that the extra thing on his head was his left arm.

Although Oswald looks a little chubby, these Winkler shorts are still pretty good.
