Here's the video taken by one of the guys i met during my training, Mr Lloyd Heaven. Really cool dude who has got his own boxing gym in london. Thanks for the encouragement young feller. Thanks to him, i got a 5 min plus video of myself being absolutely knackered out after going through set after set & round after round of kicking, punching, blocking, elbowing & kneeing in the ring with my muay thai coach. If you think you are fit, you havent tried this yet. I wouldnt say that my technique is there yet but im quite proud to have endured the ordeal... & to think these guys do it everyday.
Funny enough, im a right footer & being right hand dominant, the really weird thing is that my left foot kicks a roundhouse smoother & better than my right.

you kick better with your weak leg because the power comes from the standing leg, is that jitti damririams gym in bkk?

UH MAN....that doesnt require fitness lol..u come down to our gym our normal session is x1000 of that...but anyways good work keep working on it...also when u throw a jab cross work on keeping your left hand up, you seem to drop it down!

for a thai he is underskilled if he fights in the ring these skills aint gonna be enough, his kicks arent fast and hard enough
