People, do not support this "4d" racing game. This guy just did a terrible reskin of a sample game provided to the community to learn from. This is the same hack who made "kitchen sink war"
It is a shame that this game even got featured on this video as people will think this guy actually did some kind of work on this game.
Here's hoping it gets pulled from the service!

You should not have covered Blue Print Racing as is just arip off of a microsoft demo of what XNA could do

That driving game is just the racing starter kit with different textures...
-
lol @ the car racing game. Someone ripped race car game starter kit...they just changed the textures and car models...lmao

Don't worry I am currently working a Full 3D Arcade Racer. It is written all from the ground up custom artwork custom sounds. I am going to try and release it for the Dream Build Play unless it needs more polish. Ive gotten a proven tech concept I am working on building a more complex collision system physics, AI, and online multiplayer.

Everyone should report the game for abuse. If you don't think there's any reason, start the game on controller #2, and watch it crash. Report this mistake. If enough people do it, it will be removed.
It's insulting that someone can take a tutorial and change the textures, and NOTHING else (not the cars, the tracks, physics, NOTHING), and claim it to be their own work.
If he gets away with this, XNA is going to be flooded with other rip-offs: RedStyle Racer 5D, GreenSnot Racer 6D, etc.

The xblcg . info website is currently the only place where ALL XBLCG games are rated, including the older ones. All the ratings are user ratings.
Of course, it doesn't tell you what the users think. XNA Roundup actually shows the game and gives you inside info on it.

Wow, your charisma is infinitely better than the old videos I watched. I was actually a little put off in the past because it felt like you were a little robotic, but it's great to see some personality and witty remarks in there. Keep it up.

I think a contest to find the best XNA games that you have not reviewed would be beneficial. There are so many games out there... You do a really good job of reviewing the new releases. What about the older ones? Having other people do your reviews would only decrease the quality. Keep up the great reviews!!!!!!!

Hey there, i`ve been following your vids from day one, i`m an xna developer although stopped uploading my games now, but I think you shoud of kept the green, although maybe keep it without and see how it goes? I LOVE these videos, please keep them up!

Bring the green back!

Doing this, you could branch out to cover other platforms actually. Key is to leverage your time. They could also submit their own videos. Maybe have someone review the Live Arcade side.
In regards to the troll dude, he used profanity and whined about the green. I consider it presumptive, because maybe your skin IS palish-green :-P
Several things:
1. Good job. I do miss the all green look. I hope the whiner before didn't talk you out of it though.
2. Where is your ipod roundup? Can you have a link somewhere in these videos to where you can find them?
3. For the contest, why not have other people do reviews to see who can also review stuff for you?

Thanks Richard, nahh it wasn't the troll, lol, it was a bunch of different things, actually was planning on changing after I got some lights but then the troll made me question CHANGING it, did not want to give the haters the satisfaction, lol, but i figured that was just as bad, so for better or worse we're now in color, hopefully people are okay with this and keep watching.
Cont'd

I've gotta say Nick, these are getting so polished, I really hope one day we get to be able to download these on our 360s. MS allows for "Indie" film directors to put stuff on their Video Marketplace, and since you are dealing with games that aren't published by large publishers, maybe you guys have a chance at releasing these onto the 360's Video Marketplace? Maybe something to consider and see what happens?

Wow! Thanks that means a lot. I have the same vision as you, we're trying to make that happen, there's a few obstacles tho, I can't get into it, but things are in the works, that's all I'll say.
