You're the Cure on the Hill 2008 (April 28-29)

"We are the Cure!" was the unified message of nearly 700 volunteer-advocates from across the country who gathered in our nation's capital on April 28 - 29, 2008 for the American Heart Association's You're the Cure on the Hill -- Congressional Lobby Day. Youth advocates, heart and stroke survivors, doctors and researchers met with their lawmakers to underscore the importance of having a strong, sustained national commitment to heart disease and stroke research and prevention programs.
