cool, i did this and also used two 1.27 liter cokes bottles ther good also if u dance the YMCA. Very tiering

You can do this while watching the evening news for 30 minutes, or Jeapordy, etc. instead of sitting on the sofa. We ALL know how to WALK.

Five days a week I do 35 minutes of my own walking workout & it's great. I stopped exercising for a long time, but I'm back on my feet again. I blame it all on lots of things from relatives to material things.

Why not walk all day at your desk? Read all about it at TrekDesk website by same name. You can easily lose 6-7 lbs a month without any extra effort.
