  • Big is beautiful!

  • Lang lebe der W140er!

  • @Filosofen88

You didn´t work on a Corsa D as well you didn´t pay attention in physics at shool?

At first you overrate the differences between a Low-Budget Car B,C or D

Secondly, 2 tons never equal 1 ton. Mr. Newton gave the S-Class the advantage long time ago :-)

  • shjo was a corsa hey i drive a corsa i need a rol cage i think lol

  • lololololololol I think you are totaly wrong my friend.....

  • I admit that weight plays a big role in this, but it's a lot about crash zones aswell as i mentioned before. There's another clip on youtube where a Toyota Yaris does a frontal crash with a Volvo 940, and 940's a damn well built. That clip prooves my point. Then again i might have been overenthusiastic over a Corsa D driver getting less damage than the Merc driver, they might just get just as damaged both of them :P

  • Well your assesment is partly correct but weight is something to be considered and the W140 was and even by modern standards is quite rigid. As far as the new corsa is concerned, crumple zone size and the mass of the W140 would still be an issue. Newer technology can bend but ultimately not cheat the laws of physics.
