Damn, I remember my great-granddad used got me hooked on Hank when I was 3 and I used to always play an old cassette he recorded from his double CD set. Man I felt like this so many times and what I appreciate about this music is that a majority of Hank's songs were written by him and not by someone else so there is that heartfelt honesty that's so rare nowadays instead of someone with a marketable image and some swept under the rug songwriter that absorbs so many people today
