Ok, ok... after seeing the "Turbo Encabulator" video I'm 100% convinced that THIS is a voice-over.

No, just uses the same script. ITS TOO NEW TO BE THE ORIGINAL!!

But you're certain it's not actually a real, legitimate promotional or instructive video with a voice over "Turbo Encabulator" script applied?
That's what I think it is.
Having worked in this field, I'm pretty sure the equipment was from 1988, (give or take a year). I may have even seen the original.
To me, his lips dont seem to synchronize.

I mean, the Retro encabulator script/original video is too old for this to be the original. This is not the first video with this script, i think it is the third. The video is probably an actual product demonstration with someone reading a script over it. also, My dad who worked in the GM training center and showed the original video, thought that the original vid was made in '83

Yeah, I agree. I think the whole "turbo encabulator" farce might have originated as early as the 70's. It's been redone time and time again. I've seen three or four here on youtube.

Should I order the one with the Heisenberg Compensator unit? Or with a limited budget, is Fizzbin compatibility more critical?

My grandmother got one of these as a knee replacement; you ought to see her go from zero to sixty in 3 seconds. Long live science!
