  • My feet never came off the ground, you might want to rewatch the video...... And if my feet even came off the ground it still would be a REAL five clap pushup! It takes a lot of explosive power in the chest to be able to do that regardless of what else is happening! Come on bro

  • Crazy, huh?! I impressed myself that day!! I saw a video on YouTube of a guy doing three and so I tried to do more..... I actually got 6 on on attempt but accidently deleted the video!! Oh well, 5 is still tight!!!

  • @jrk987 No, I think I would know because I was in gymnastics for 11 years and competed. They're useful when pushing from the ground, you can feel it.

  • Yeah he did do it girl! IF YOU CAN'T SEE IT YOU CAN HERE IT LOL

  • @bwaller85 yeah, we're all bros here

  • not trying to raz but looked like 2-3 claps, no?

  • Pretty impressive; it's almost like pushing up into a stand. The time comes from the fact you're almost vertical before you fall back down again.

SO, CAN you push-up into a standing position?

  • you looked fat in the thumbnail

  • you were in an A frame dude that blows

  • @bugred r u stupid? The springs are only useful if you punch and jump when doing a front tuck. Or in this case, if he went from standing up and fell down to push up position and then bounced back up. Those floors aren't trampolines retard so the amount of force when falling forward would be lost since he would bend his arms on contact to prevent his wrists from taking the sheer force of the fall.

  • You're also on a gymnastics floor, it has hundreds of springs under the foam and wood.
