One year before this incident occured an large alien craft a half mile wide was uncovered 375 nautical miles Southeast on the ocean floor. It was damaged and occupied. The ships source of power used massive amounts ionized gold. There was a massive gold buying campaign in the United Stated by various sponsored organizations. This incident created a large underwater plume to cover the ship so it could be moved to an area for repair. See? Anyone can make up a story..Cool idea though, huh?
