Here is a human powered light I just made using super capacitors, you wind the handle for 2 minutes to get 20 minutes of light [3W LED cree]it is for Woodford folk festival

That looks like a fun little project.
Would have been cooler if it had been made during night time though, so you could get an idea of how strong the light is.

sounds like alot of winding. How about just using a lamp with and LED bulb plugged into the grid?
