@wholycow12889 you can use cuss words without any hatred at all..."that was fucking fun" for example. That is not a sin. If you said something like "i hate you" in hatred...that's a sin. The words mean what they mean, they don't tell the attitude of the heart - which is where sin comes from. This is comparable to the pharisees telling Jesus he can't help people on the sabbath because it's against the law and thus a sin...Jesus basically owned them on that.

@wholycow12889 that's not true at all. That's like saying it's only a sin to shoot someone if the gun is an AK-47. The act of shooting is the sin - it DOES NOT MATTER WHAT GUN YOU USE. Same thing with words. Use logic for a second. Words are only representations of what we feel. Saying hell/heck, fuck/freak, shit/crap, etc....NO difference. Why would you even begin to think that saying one word that measn the exact same thing as another word is worse saying it? God gave you a brain- USE IT!

@ImInCommand actually God does care about what words we use. Cuss words are of this world and He commands us not to be of this world but of Him. Romans 12:2 Do not be conformed to the ways of this world, but by transformed by the renewing of your mind. Using cuss words or killing or any sin is a slap in the face to Christ.
