Yes, I know it is limited but it does that shoot as a stable enough rate, also has a moderately slower frame-rate.

My intelligence is limited? All I said was when Youtube compresses a video it does in fact, make the quality of the video worse.

Uhhh So? Compression doesn't make it look that much worse. It still looks nothing like DVD quality.
