July 17-18, 2009: Six special performances of Mark Dendy's site-specific piece "Golden Belt" took place at Golden Belt, Durham, North Carolina's historic textile mill turned urban arts campus. Presented by the American Dance Festival, this event officially kicked off dance at the 155,000 square foot, seven acre creative campus - complete with live/work lofts, artist studios, retail, restaurant, office, event space, a live music venue, and outdoor festivals.

Event made possible by Scientific Properties, The Cotton Room, Our State, and ADF Modern Scene volunteers.
