I like your information video, very informative, however it would also be beneficial to hear what the sound is when one is playing (not what the player hears when plugged in) with the mute. It would be a plus if you can give a demo of each instrument (actual sound). I have a SB19 and am very happy with it however I did find there is little understanding of this system (19) by the vendor and the sound is not silent when playing, you can hear when someone is playing (the tuba anyway)... thx
