The famous rule of law in the USA is a mere myth, I should say.

Actually, I'm from Russia. Here without a law no one is obliged to pay taxes. An organisation might have some prolems with tax authorities, but if everything is legal, the court will sort things out. All in all i never came across sth like THAT in our legislation. By the way, I have education in the sphere.

@Lafair2212 You might be right. I haven't checked to see if it's a fact, but what happens when you don't pay and they find you? The next means after a request is force. And unless you are a part of that family, you will lose that fight.

Having said that, I'd like to find or figure that loophole and exploit it, even though that gun I just wrote about may be put to my head.

Notice it says on the dollar: "this note is legal tender." And if you have ever looked a an old dollar bill, it says: "this note is redemable in gold." So it is not a buch of BS. Today, if the dollar becomes worthless, your just sitting around with a buch of paper.

The dollar was actually backed by gold until Nixon decided to move to a complete fiat currency.

Don't American read laws? I was surprised to hear they pay a tax, when there is no law requiring it. Such shameful ignorance!

Sherry Jackson is in prison, for fighting taxes. They obviously will force you to pay, or lock you up. The constitution means almost nothing sometimes
