*Nick’s P.O.V.*

More time passed, very quickly at that. School went on the same, as well as everything else in our lives. Mine and Railey’s relationship is at a good point right now... hopefully it stays at that. With the kiddies, well, I’m guessing that they’re doing good. Railey’s about six or seven months pregnant now. We’re pretty much ready for the babies. Well, as in diapers, bottles, and everything else wise. I’m not so sure if Railey and I are ready though. She’s mostly ready. Me? Not so much...

Don’t get me wrong, I’m excited as excited can be about the twins. I just don’t feel like I’m ready. I’m young and still learning things myself. The last thing I expected to learn at this age was how to become a dad... and not to just one kid, two.

With the whole marriage ordeal, we’re pretty sure that’s going to happen after the kids are born. Railey complains about how she doesn’t want to look like walrus for the wedding. Hah! For someone who’s carrying twins, she looks about four or five months pregnant. And what’s crazy is that she’s still skinny as a freaking twig, only her stomach has grown. But anyways, that’s pretty much the 411.

Oh, and something else pretty crazy happened: Kev got signed to a record deal. A RECORD deal! How ironic, huh? He wants to start his own band, but wants Joe and I to help him. Joe’s vocal talents, Kevin’s guitar talents, and my own music talents... that’d be a pretty good band. But, it’s not my thing. I’ve got too many other things to worry about.

I came home from class, as always, and repeated the coarse: tossed my bag onto the couch, grabbed a drink from the fridge, then collapse onto the couch. Occasionally I’ll get on the computer.

So, you’re probably wondering about that ugly-skank we call... Tori... right? Well, she still freaking lives here. Yeah, pretty gay, I know. She’s dating about four or five different guys currently. Ha, can you say slut? She’s always nagging on Railey. It’s just a thing called jealousy, that’s all.

Later, Railey came home. Otherwise known as my favorite time of the day. She just had something about her, and her looks, that brightened the mood.
“Hey, Nick,” she sighed as she sat down beside me. She sounded exhausted, but of course looked gorgeous. I put my arm around her shoulders and pulled her close, taking in her welcoming scent.
“Hey, baby,” I said while softly pressing my lips to hers. “How’d your day go?” I asked, curious. I was always curious about her. She constantly amused me, even if we just sat in silence.
“Okay, I guess. I’ve just been really dizzy all day,” she said. I wrapped my other arm around her and held her tight. Railey has had “spells” her whole life. They basically consist of dizziness, nausea, fainting, and anxiety. It’s normal, though, and I’ve became use to them.

The rest of the afternoon was spent doing absolutely nothing. We just talked about the kids, marriage, Tori, our family, school, and then somehow got onto the subject that cows should produce orange juice. Don’t worry, conversations like these are totally normal for us.

Then, we came across the subject of ex-boyfriends and girlfriends. She told me about one guy she dated in early 8th grade that could not go 5 minutes without talking about his mother.
“I doubt he could go 2 minutes without talking about her,” she said. I laughed and thought of my ex-girlfriends. A lot came to mind, but none came close enough to even compare to Railey. She’s just everything a guy could want in one body. I sometimes feel not good enough for her.
“That’s nothing. I dated a girl in 7th grade for about a week who had eight fingers on one hand. And on the other, she had none,” I said. She laughed and looked at me like I was crazy. “And you should of seen her nails. It was like she had 2-by-4’s growing out of the ends of her fingers,” I said. She laughed again.
“Why in the world did you date her?” she asked while giggling. So cute.
“Because,” I started, “she could pop caps off soda bottles like a human bottle-opener. And, I was only twelve and was desperate,” I said. We laughed and continued talking, until Tori came home. She always put a downer on the mood. A real vibe-dropper. But, whatever. Railey and I are in love and that’s all that matters right now.
********************

Dudettes, that was hard to write. I couldn’t think of one dang thing to type. So that it explains why it’s boring... it’s kind of a filler. The next couple chapters I might be skipping some time, IDK. Anaay-waayz, I’m almost done reading New Moon. I gotta say, the first few chapters were the best. Parts of it was pretty boring. And if you don’t know what I’m talking about, then just go ahead and leave a comment... and subscribe. :D

  • I do not blame ya for only liking the first few chapters of New Moon. I feaked when he left. I screamed WHAT!!! really loud and my sister came running into the room going what happened!! my mom came in shortly after andasked the same thing. I was like HE LEFT!!!! AHHH!!! The middle of the book was boring blah. I was starting to pity jacob but he just pissed me off in Eclispe grrrr.... I love the story ;)

  • loved it!

  • lol that'll be weird, but kinda cool ! lol kinda.. lol i loved that part though

  • really? thats great. :)

but no, don't be sorry its not your fault

    ;)

  • New moon was the worst of the twilight saga, unless your team Jacob, at which I say, WTF?!?! The first like 3 chapters were good but I couldn't stand the middle so I skipped it and I got a friend to tell me when to start again (but I reread the middle once I finished the entire series). They best is the end! That's like my favorite of the whole series!!!! Starting from chapter 22ish is where I always start reading!
