I noticed people having lots of money at the begining but some of them dident even capture the maid yet ? Oo

It is a bug in the game.

As long as you do not advance the missions by capture the maid there is no reprisal from acts of infamy.

So you can send all your minions out into the world to rob and steal over night, leaving the game on with a huge Treasure Room. When you come back in the morning you'll see its full.
