I can't solder at home so I wanted something that didn't require a torch. I thought I found the answer when I found this tool at AC Moore called ColdHeat. I guess there was a reason why they didn't...

Also I want to mention, i did it for a good 1 to 2 mins..but it didnt work :(

well when I bought it, I was told that putting it together like i did, over lapping it, it would melt the jumpring together because of the heat. It didn't work for me thought, did it work for you?
