a lot of the time with muslimgauze tracks you do not know if its the music quality thats bad or if the music is intended this way, often he just released tracks totally unmixed cause he thought it conveyed the feeling of the particular track better. a great man!

Well, it doesn't sound like this on my copy, the audio quality is not as it should be and it spoils the true quality of the piece, it's like listening to it thru a tinny transistor radio, nothing to do with 'edgy lo fi' .

the vocal stuff is sampled from a traditional punjabi folk song. Sikh= turban wearing punjabis. I believe Bryn is expressing the 1984 sikh riots in India. "Death of Sant Karnail Singh Bindranwale" is another track about the '84 riots or operation bluestar by Indira Gandhi in which Jarnail Singh was killed in Golden Temple, Amritsar.

poor audio quality? ehrm... the tune is it's own justice - and Vampire Of Tehran is a classic



its youtube dudes and i am not a pro in uploading anything, I just wanted to share some nice tunes by bryn... that's all. Btw, 'edgy lo fi' ....? huh? When was the last time you drove in your car and listen to muslimgauze on FM?! huh?
