@amp176 Just go onto the editor, spawn a unit by double clicking, and when the box comes up, just select "ambient life" in the first box. Then a few boxes down it gives you the option of what animal you want to spawn. If you want to play as it, select 'player' in the box near it

would be awesome to get the dog in multiplayer missions and use it to scout out some area's :P, no one would expect a dog to radio intel to the enemy
