The Loxian Games (Part II) - Dani's videoblog

This is my entry for the 2009 videoblog contest of http://www.enya.com.

This year my vlog focuses on the way I solved the four weeks (shown at random order) of Roma Ryan's Second Loxian Games:. It focus too on the Art of the Valley Gallery:
Apart from staying home visiting the LG websites and struggling to find the four green lines of the lost lyric I have visited some real places whose similarity to the loxian world is, again, just coincidence. Both journeys have inspired me to create this videoblog where I have put all my effort and my love ;)

Wow! How did you make these pictures? It must have take a lot of time to find all these scenes, and then to make them into such beautiful videos. This is fantasticly well done.

Recording the scenes took a few evenings visiting some places.

But what REALLY took a lot of hours is selecting the most appropriate footage (I had to discard lots of things which were not useful) and turn it into a vlog, applying effects, transitions, music...

Moreover this year, Windows Movie Maker gave me problems in my computer so I had to use Windows LIVE Movie Maker which is a quite different version with not so many editing options.

Last year I was not pleased with the Art of the Valley Gallery exhibition I showed (it was very dark) so this year I wanted to focus on this Gallery, which I love, and portray a bit more from last year (with unreleased footage I have from them) and connect it to this year's exhibition which portrays autumn.

About the dancing... well there's been no dancing at last, but I tried to finish the vlog in a funny way too ;)

What ! No dancing..{ ha } Dani I really liked the way you showed the green lines and The ORACLE was classic !. The footage of the longships was cool. How is Roma gonna choose a winner ...
