This song makes me miss high school. When I was in I couldn't wait to leave and join the real world. But now I'm in the Air Force and my two best friends are in the military also and one is in Germany and the other in Korea and now sometimes I wish we could be back in school just being kids. For all you younger people out there all I have to say is enjoy your younger days and trust me they are some of the greatest times in your life and as trace says you will miss them

This song is bittersweet for me... me and a friend was singing this at the top of our longs, my friend was like my brother, then life hit and i had to move away to find some work, i nvr see him anymore, this song speaks the truth

I was once just like you on where you are in life, i too rebelled and was not happy when i was young but i hold on for dear life w/ all my might & i never let go of my dream to live my own rules.
